Making a Movie in Southwest Georgia

As has been the case in Sherwood Pictures' first three films (Flywheel, Facing the Giants, and Fireproof), COURAGEOUS was filmed in and around Albany, Georgia, the town where Sherwood Baptist Church is located.

For nearly two months in late spring and early summer, a team from Sherwood, the community at large, and from all across the country came together to film a movie about families and fathering.
